AUDEX Partner Terms
Updated 23 October 2026. These terms apply when agreed by AUDEX and the partner.
The role
An AUDEX partner is an artist, creator or business working with the brand. Partner status does not give ownership of AUDEX, employment or authority to act on its behalf. Partnerships are non-exclusive unless separately agreed.
Payment and gifts
The role is unpaid. No fee, commission or revenue share is owed unless separately agreed in writing. AUDEX may occasionally offer partners a complimentary gift in the future. Gifts are not guaranteed and carry no requirement to post, review or promote AUDEX.
The announcement
We agree the announcement before publishing. The standard launch commitment is to accept the Instagram collaboration post and share it once to your story, unless we agree another arrangement. There is no ongoing requirement to post, promote AUDEX or meet referral targets.
Your name and content
You keep ownership of your content. You give AUDEX permission to use the name, images, biography and links you approve for your partner profile and agreed partnership announcements. Paid advertising or other uses need separate permission. Use of your music in games or other AUDEX projects requires a separate agreement.
Partner benefits
Any agreed benefits will be confirmed directly. Gifts, promotional coverage, early access and future features are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed.
Public posts
Posts must describe the relationship honestly. Where advertising disclosure is required, use a clear, prominent “Ad” label. Unpaid status does not remove disclosure requirements relating to gifts or other benefits.
Ending the partnership
Either side can end the partnership by written notice, including email. AUDEX will remove current partner status and badges and stop new partner promotion. We will agree what happens to any existing profiles and announcements. Separately agreed payments and content rights are unaffected.
