What AUDEX is

AUDEX is developing AUDEX Comps, for UK vinyl and music prize competitions; AUDEX Explore, a location-based digital vinyl discovery game; and AUDEX Underground, a related discovery project focused on small, local and independent artists. Explore and Underground are in development and are not available to use. No competitions are open on this website. We do not accept entries or payments here.

Joining the waitlist

The waitlist is a free email news list. Joining requires your email address, your choice to receive AUDEX news and confirmation through an email link. You can unsubscribe at any time. Marketing consent is given through the separate checkbox, not through these terms.

Joining does not enter you into a competition, reserve a prize, improve your chances of winning or guarantee early access. Only use an email address you are authorised to manage.

Our plans and artwork

Launch timing, features and record categories may change. Images and illustrations show the intended AUDEX style and are not promises of specific prizes, availability or gameplay. Records may include familiar releases and new discoveries; they will not necessarily be rare, exclusive or limited editions.

When competitions launch

Each future competition will have its own terms published before entries open. These will explain who runs it, eligibility, prizes, opening and closing dates, entry routes and costs, how winners are selected and how prizes are delivered. These website terms do not govern entry to a future competition.

Using the website

You may browse and share links for lawful purposes. Do not misuse forms, send abusive automated requests, submit someone else’s details without authority, introduce malicious code or interfere with security. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Content and links

AUDEX branding, original artwork and website content are protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to their respective owners. These terms do not grant a commercial licence to copy the branding or content. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms and privacy information.

Availability and your rights

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but may update, suspend or withdraw it. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every planned feature will launch.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Privacy and concerns

Our privacy policy explains how we use personal information. If you have a concern about the website, email support@get-audex.app. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory protection or right to use a court available to you under applicable law.
